Who is the course suitable for:

For anyone who wants to obtain a more flexible body, as well as get to know the asanas for greater flexibility of the hips, a flexible and strong spine, toned arms and a strong shoulder girdle.

The practice includes:

  1. Learning the correct alignments of yoga asanas, breathing techniques and basic yoga theories
  2. Yoga with props (yoga block and belt)
  3. Yoga for greater hip flexibility
  4. Yoga for a slim body
  5. Yoga for a toned stomach
  6. Yoga for strengthening the back muscles
  7. Yoga sun salutation
  8. Relaxation techniques
  9. Basic pranayamas
  10. Power yoga
  11. Twist yoga poses
  12. Yoga forward folds and backbends
  13. Ashtanga standing poses
  14. Basic pranayama techniques

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, from 07:00 to 08:15

Location: Višja Vibracija Centre

Cesta Andreja Bitenca 68, 1000 Ljubljana (bus terminus of LPP 7 Pržan).

Parking: There is sufficient parking in the vicinity of the building (in the mornings: in front of the ramp and in the parking lot)

The yoga practice will take place in the large hall.

We reserve the right to adjust the schedule.

We do not reimburse payments in the case of absence. Absence may be substituted by attending one of the other courses during the current month.
