General terms and conditions for course registration and cancellation of course registration prior to the scheduled start date of courses at Jana’s Yoga Mandira, Tatjana Pogačnik s.p.
General
The General Terms and Conditions shall govern the registration and cancellation process for individual courses prior to the commencement of the course, the protection of personal data and the implementation of the courses.
The General Terms and Conditions for course registration and cancellation of registration prior to the commencement of the yoga courses in the Jana’s Yoga Mandira, Tatjana Pogačnik s.p. (hereinafter referred to as: “General Terms”) shall refer to the yoga courses – hereinafter referred to as: “Courses”), organised by Jana’s Yoga Mandira, šola izvorne joge, Tatjana Pogačnik, s.p., Njegoševa cesta 9, 1000 Lubljana (hereinafter referred to as: “Organiser”).
The General Terms shall be equally valid and apply to all Courses and participants, unless otherwise stipulated by the Organiser within the framework of registering for a certain Course.
The General Terms shall be a component part of all registrations for every Course, irrespective of the form of the Course registration (in writing, via the website or in a different way, which depicts the person and the Course the person signed up for. Each person who signs up for an individual Course shall accept these General Terms fully, irrevocably and unconditionally.
The General Terms shall be published in their respective valid version on the Organiser’s website joga-mandira.si/pogoji / yoga-mandira.si/terms and can be amended from time to time. At the time of registration for an individual Course, the General Terms which are at that point of time published on the joga-mandira.si website shall be applicable.
- Course registration and payment
Registration
Registering for a Course shall be done by filling in the online registration form available on the joga-mandira.si website for an individual course or via e-mail sent to tatjana@joga-mandira.si.
Data on the registration form
- Each registration in any of the specified registration manners, requires the following data:
- Participant’s name and surname
- Telephone, mobile phone number
- E-mail address
- No. of credit/debit card, expiration date of the card and three-digit CVV number on the back of the card
Course payment
The amount of the course shall be specified on a particular course’s website in the registration field. Upon completing the form and paying for the course, the course participant shall receive a receipt.
Registration cancellation
Cancellation of a course registration shall only be possible in writing via e-mail to tatjana@joga-mandira.si. Verbal cancellations via telephone shall not be accepted.
3.1. Course registration cancellations without obligation to pay for the course
The latest deadline for a cancellation in writing without obligation of having to pay for the course shall be 72 hours prior to the scheduled start date of the course.
3.2. Later cancellations of course registration
In the case of a written registration cancellation within 1 to 3 working days prior to the scheduled start date of the course, the Organiser shall charge administrative costs in the amount of 30% of the course price.
In the case of a written registration cancellation of up to 1 working day prior to the scheduled start date of the course, the Organiser shall charge the full price of the course.
Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays shall not be included in the cancellation period, thus the period of 1 working day (24 hours) prior to the course shall only refer to the working days prior to the course.
- Cancellation of an event by the Organiser
The Organiser reserves the right to change the content of the Course, the date and location of the Course, as well as to cancel an individual Course of which the Organiser shall inform the participants in advance.
- Protection of personal data
The Organiser shall ensure a high level of protection of personal data and shall undertake to carefully store and only use all personal data received by way of the registration form for the purposes for which such data was collected and not to transfer any personal data to third parties without the explicit consent of the person to whom such data refers. The person stated on the registration form can at any time request that the Organiser:
- Confirm whether the data connected to him or her is being processed or not
- Facilitate access to the personal data (i.e. viewing and its transcription and copying)
- Provide information in connection with the processing of such data (e.g. on the purpose of the processing, type of personal data, users, to whom the personal data was or will be forwarded, the expected period the data is stored, on technical and organisational measures for the protection of the data etc.)
- Facilitate the rectification of inaccurate personal data linked to him/her and the amendment of incomplete personal data
- Facilitate the right to erasure of personal data (i.e. right to be forgotten)
- Facilitate the right to restrict processing of personal data
- Facilitate the right to object processing, if the processing of data is based on the legal interest of the Organiser, including profiling
- Facilitate the right to data portability and shall transfer data in a generally used and machine-readable format
- Facilitate the right to the withdrawal of the consent, when the personal data is processed on the basis pursuant to a consent in the case of which the withdrawal of the consent does not influence the legality of the data processing which was carried out until its withdrawal
- Provide additional information on his/her right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory body.
The Organiser shall treat the request to erasure in compliance with the provisions of the Department 3 General EU Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (slov. abbr. ZVOP-1).
- Direct marketing
The Organiser may use the personal data received from the participants for directly marketing its similar products or services. The Organiser shall store and process the stated personal data until the participant withdraws his/her consent in writing. The participant may at any time require that the Organiser permanently or temporarily ceases to use his/her personal data for the purposes of direct marketing. The Organiser shall be obliged to prevent the use of personal data for direct marketing purposes within15 days and to inform the individual, who so required in writing, within a further 5 days. All costs incurred in connection herewith shall be borne by the Organiser.
Final provisions
In the case of special circumstances beyond the control of the Organiser (force majeure), the Course may be cancelled. The Organiser must inform the participants hereof via adequate media. In such case, the Organiser shall not be liable for any possible damage suffered on behalf of the participants.
The Organiser shall reserve the right to change and amend the Course Registration Terms.
